Return & Replacement Policy - Cangraft Equipment

At Cangraft Equipment, we specialize in supplying industrial and construction equipment, including cranes, hoists, and crane safety systems. Due to the nature of heavy machinery and customized industrial products, we follow a defect-only replacement policy.

Replacement for Defective Products Only

Cangraft accepts replacement requests only in cases where the product is found to be defective, damaged during transit, or not functioning as per the agreed technical specifications at the time of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items -

All products sold by Cangraft Equipment are non-returnable for non-defective reasons, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect order placed by the customer
  • Project delays or cancellations
  • Size, capacity, or specification mismatch after order confirmation

Inspection & Reporting -

Customers are required to:

  • Inspect the product at the time of delivery or installation
  • Report any visible damage or functional defect within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear photographs or videos showing the defect

Failure to report within the specified timeframe may result in rejection of the replacement request.


Replacement Process

Once the defect is verified by our technical team:

  • The defective part or product will be repaired or replaced, at Cangraft's discretion
  • Replacement timelines will depend on product availability and logistics
  • No cash refunds are provided

Warranty & Service Support

All products are covered under applicable manufacturer or supplier warranty, where service, repair, or part replacement will be provided as per warranty terms.


Return Shipping

Return or replacement logistics for defective items will be arranged or guided by Cangraft Equipment after approval of the claim.
