His career is marked by key roles across prominent market players, demonstrating a strong command of business strategy, operational excellence, and high-level corporate governance.
Mr. Arun Bishnoi currently serving as a Director at Cangraft Equipment Pvt. Ltd.
His executive experience also includes serving as the Country Head for Action Construction Equipment Ltd (ACE) where he previously built his foundation as a Business Manager from 2004-2009 contributing to the company's market leadership in segments like mobile tower cranes and tower cranes which led him back to ACE in 2012 where he successfully held the pivotal of Country Head until 2013.
His comprehensive background, which includes a tenure at Liebherr India Pvt. Ltd., a German manufacturer a world giant in tower cranes, port cranes and mining equipment, makes him a highly effective strategic asset dedicated to driving growth in the construction equipment industry.

His progressive track record demonstrates a strong capability in managing regional operations, driving sales growth, and ensuring comprehensive after-sales service.
Mr. Gaurav Godara laid the foundation for his professional journey by earning his Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from JIMS College, New Delhi, providing him with a strong background in business strategy and management.
His deep industry knowledge, coupled with extensive experience across all facets of the machinery lifecycle—from initial sales strategy to comprehensive after-sales support—is central to Cangraft's success and commitment to innovation in the equipment market. Mr. Gaurav Godara's career journey showcases a focused and impressive progression within the construction equipment industry, consistently specializing in concrete machinery sales and service.
In 2006, he started his career as an Assistant Manager, Sales & Service with Action Construction Equipment Ltd. (ACE). Moving further Spartan Engineering Industries Pvt Ltd. in 2007 he stepped into a management capacity as Sales Manager.
He further cemented his focus on concrete technology as a Sales Manager for Concrete Machines in Putzmeister Concrete Machines Pvt Ltd. He advanced into a senior operational role as Regional Manager, Sales & Service for concrete machines, overseeing significant regional market growth and service excellence with Liebherr Concrete Machines Pvt Ltd from 2010 to 2014.
